Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?
We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. The return must, however, be sent and paid for by the customer.
Customized items are not returnable
How can I make an exchange or return?
- Send a request of Exchange or Return to email@example.com
- You will get information about the closest address to ship your item.
- Once we receive the returned item we'll check it, must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with its tags intact and preferably in its original packaging.
- It´s OK = We'll fast ship the new item or refund your money within 5 days.
- It's KO = We'll ship it back to you. sorry :(
Return a faulty or damaged item?
We hardly check every item we send, but sometimes shit happens, Please let us know what was the problem, we'll be happy to fix it.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period of time. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wrong washing care or wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. However, our stuff is made to last.
